Research On Non-functional Requirements Evaluation Of Bank Software Based On Prospect Theory

At present,in many Economic and social areas,the role of software is becoming more and more important.For the relevant personnel of software development and company,in addition to pay attention to the function of the software,people also pay more attention to the non-functional requirements of software.In the development and use of many software,especially banking software,people have higher requirements for the non-functional requirements of software,such as reliability,security and so on.Correct identification,regulation and realization of software non-functional requirements are the basis of successful and effective software development.Therefore,it is necessary and meaningful to study the non-functional requirements of software.This research takes the non-functional requirement evaluation of banking software as the research object,which is a hot and difficult issue in both research field and professional practice.Firstly,it puts forward the problems to be studied from both theoretical and practical aspects.According to the needs of research objectives and tasks,this thesis establishes a theoretical basis for the establishment of evaluation index system and the selection of evaluation methods,including software engineering,demand theory in software project management,quality model theory in software quality management for the establishment of evaluation index system and prospect theory for non-functional requirements evaluation of software.According to the literature,the thesis puts forward the basic index system for evaluating the nonfunctional requirements of banking software.According to the particularity of banking software,the evaluation index system is optimized and determined by means of questionnaire survey,expert opinion and statistical analysis.A model based on prospect theory for uncertain non-functional needs assessment in complex environments is proposed.The evidence model of non-functional requirements,the evaluation system of non-functional requirements and the evaluation index system are established.According to the fuzzy method and Prospect theory,a non-functional requirements evaluation model of bank software is constructed.Finally,the effectiveness of the index system and evaluation method is verified by evaluating the non-functional requirements of a real bank software development project.
