With the rapid development of China's economy,the development and construction of China's cities are also booming.Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC,the central committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at the core has attached great importance to the promotion of a new urbanization centered on people.Solving the main social contradictions of our society in the new era,promoting highquality economic development,and advancing the new urbanization centered on people are an important starting point.In 2019,China's urbanization level exceeded 60%,entering the era of urban society for the first time.Urban image communication is of great significance for improving the level of urban governance,and urban image communication also requires a new perspective and in-depth understanding.Entering the era of media convergence,the communication situation faced by the practice of urban image communication is different from that of the traditional media era.As a representative "new first-tier city",they not only have a strong radiation leading role in the region,but also their practice The experience has reference significance for other cities.Taking "new first-tier cities" as a research object,using literature research method,case analysis method and text analysis method,it proposes strategies from three aspects,including subject level,content level and media level.In terms of subject strategy,the government should lead and encourage multiple parties to participate in the dissemination.The government should take the lead in confirming the core characteristics of the city and tolerate multiple expressions.The city 's internal and external subjects jointly shape the city 's image.In terms of content strategy,the city symbol should be excavated,and the IP database should be formed to form a communication element information database.The narrative should have both serious and civilian discourse.The distribution of content should use technology to improve communication efficiency and make full use of regional linkage.Propagate to form radiation.In terms of media strategy,channels should be integrated and a variety of communication types should be integrated to form a three-dimensional communication situation.At the same time,scenes should be constructed to create a sense of audience presence.Some problems have also emerged in the practice of image communication in new first-tier cities,including the lack of interaction and coordination between the old and new media at the production and distribution levels,the lack of leadership of the city government at the monitoring and management levels,and the insufficient role of regional image radiation as a driver.This puts forward the establishment of a "centralcrowd-sourcing-synergy" production and distribution mechanism,deepening the government's management and dominance of the entire process of communication,and optimizing countermeasures to organically integrate urban image communication and regional development,aiming to provide an improvement in communication effects Some references and references.
