Research On The Guidance Of Netizens' Irrational Behavior In Emotional Communication

China is in a critical period of social transformation.The public's social mentality is very unstable.The differentiation and structural contradictions of the social class have exacerbated the public's survival anxiety and social pressure.In this context,the spread of emotions amplified by the Internet will have an impact on the behavior of netizens.At present,the irrational behaviors of netizens are becoming more and more prominent in the spread of online social emotions,which has destroyed the order of cyberspace to a certain extent and affected social stability.Therefore,to guide the irrational behavior of netizens in emotional communication is not only a requirement for individuals to participate in online public affairs discussions and online information communication activities in the online society,but also a requirement for guiding a rational and positive social mentality and creating a clear cyberspace.In the current emotional communication of online society,the irrational behavior of netizens is specifically manifested as anomie in the incitement of negative emotions,populism in class anxiety and group behavior in the alienation of sense of justice.It has the characteristics of instability,infectivity and carnivalization.Through interviews,it has been found that the irrational behavior of netizens in emotional communication is mainly due to the lack of rational literacy of netizens themselves,insufficient public opinion guidance from online media and government departments,and the restriction of multiple difficulties in the social environment.And it will further simplify the thinking of netizens,interfere with online democracy and affect social stability.Therefore,the guidance of netizens' irrational behavior in emotional communication is very critical.First of all,clearly define the guiding goals of forming a netizen's rational literacy,building a rational communication environment,and developing social health emotions;second,determine that the guide of netizens' irrational behavior in emotional communication should follow the principle of fact priority,the first time principle,and the principle of soft and hard consideration;Finally,from the three paths of optimizing the social environment,unblocking public opinion on the Internet,and improving the literacy of Internet users,we discuss the feasible strategies for guiding the irrational behavior of Internet users in the process of emotional communication.
