Research On The Guidance Design Of APP Users' Decision Behavior Based On Emotion Substitution

At present,the continuous innovation of network technology,the development of the Internet industry itself is becoming mature,and the relationship with various fields is getting closer.The number of Internet products is growing explodes,leading to serious problems such as product homogenization,user loss,high customer acquisition cost and so on.The decision-making behavior of users in the process of using APP is the key to the long-term stable use of APP users.Focusing on APP users' emotional experience in different decision-making scenes and stages,guiding APP users' decision-making behavior through emotional substitution,maintaining a good emotional relationship and forming a stable habit of use are the focus of this paper.Based on the emotional input of APP users and the analysis of their decision-making behaviors,this paper constructs a guiding mode of APP users' decision-making behaviors,which integrates guiding target,guiding basis and guiding process,so as to guide APP users' decision-making behaviors.Through the analysis of APP users' emotion and decision-making behavior through situational interview,the corresponding relationship between different elements in the APP and users' emotional experience at three levels,namely,the instinctive level,the behavioral level and the reflective level is obtained.Based on the decision-making behavior of APP users three stages "cognitive stage,decision stage,stage of behavior" and user decision scenario analysis,to predict user intent,summarizes the decision-making behavior of the user guide principles,methods and processes,to build the "guiding principles,guiding basis,guide the process" as one of the APP user decision-making behavior guide mode.Taking the habit cultivation APP as an example,the guidance mode is applied to optimize the design,so as to build emotional connection with users and improve the user experience of the APP,and guide users to make decisions and cultivate their use habits.The usability test verifies the effectiveness of the optimization effect,so as to achieve the design goal of guiding APP users' decision-making behavior by means of emotion substitution,and to provide some reference for the guiding design of APP users' decision-making behavior.
