With the rapid development of software engineering technology,the high-quality software platform with large-scale meets the increasing and more complicated user requirements for functions.At the same time,its operational difficulty is also increasing.Taking the integrated network logging processing and interpretation software platform CIFLog(hereinafter referred to as CIFLog)as an example,it has hundreds of functions,and users without training may feel difficult to operate when faced with CIFLog,and because of the software platform is extremely professional,the degree of knowledge in the field of logging directly affects the user's operating effect on the software platform,and the use effect of experts and users without training or simple training is very different.In order to solve the above problems,first of all,the current user operation guidance technology is studied.In view of the shortcomings of existing user operation guidance methods in the field,related factors that affect user operation are analyzed,and fusion knowledge representation,knowledge mining and Jena reasoning are proposed.And other means to improve users' accuracy and experience based on CIFLog.Firstly,CIFLog related knowledge is classified and sorted out,a method suitable for constructing knowledge graph of large software platform is proposed,and CIFLog knowledge graph is preliminarily constructed,which is the data foundation for providing users with intelligent behavior guidance and user knowledge retrieval.Secondly,the behavior information generated by some expert users using CIFLog is recorded,and based on the storage,the association rule mining algorithm is used to mine the knowledge and obtain the experience knowledge of the expert users.Finally,based on the mined rules,a rule base is constructed,and user behavior guidance based on Jena reasoning is proposed.Finally,using the CIFLog large-scale software platform as the application background,the CIFLog user behavior guidance system based on the knowledge graph is designed and implemented.Taking the horizontal three-dimensional geological model function module as an example,the user behavior information recording,user behavior intelligent guidance,CIFLog platform knowledge representation,CIFLog knowledge retrieval and other functions,and evaluate the function of the prototype system to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method.
