With the popularization of Internet thinking and its application in various industries,the Internet has penetrated into various scenarios in our daily lives.OTT TV is a form of TV equipment that provides content and services based on the public Internet.In recent years,the popularity of OTT TV in China has increased,and it has gradually become an important entertainment device in modern families.In the field of OTT TV,the video platform App with the main function of playing video is constantly developing and improving.As a large market segment,kids have become the users that cannot be ignored in the business layout of the major video platforms.Thus,the kid's video market on OTT TV has begun to grow and become more intense.This project comes from the actual project of i QIYI-the Daily Lessons of Kids i QIYI TV application.Kids i QIYI TV is a video platform for children aged 0-12,which is created by i QIYI and GITV company.As a product that has been created for a year,the current user retention is low,and its features are not mature enough.Therefore,it is necessary to optimize,to explore the reasons for user churn,to tap the potential needs of users,and to make adjustments to existing products in order to provide better experience,thereby improving user retention and achieving product goals.In the project,firstly,based on the existing product version,the team conducts user analysis and competitive products analysis.According to the research results,the demand conversion divergence and priority ranking are performed,and the demand for Daily Lessons is selected as the priority demand.Secondly,the theories of Hook Model and Persuasive Design are applied to the strategy design.After that,UE designers sort out the using process,determine interactive prototypes and interactive scheme details,while UI designers finish visual design.Finally,after developing,testing,and optimizing,the demand is on-line and the team performs usability testing.The paper details the process from the generation to the realization of this demand.In addition,based on the Daily Lessons that has been launched,the related expansion concept schemes are designed.This thesis provides a certain theoretical basis for the design of children's video platforms on OTT TV,and also provides relevant references for subsequent research on children's Internet products.
