Research On User Experience Of P2P Short Rent Platform In The Context Of Blockchain

With the popularity of block chain technology and sharing economy all over the world,the block chain P2 P short rent platform generated by the combination of the two has gradually become an emerging way of sharing economy development in recent years.Block chain P2 P short rent platform is a kind of platform that provides decentralized travel services based on block chain technology.Compared with the current mainstream P2 P platform for short rent,short chain block P2 P rental platform with information real tamper-resistant,traceability,low service,highly trust and other advantages,to provide users with mutual supervision and reliable trust system,reconstruct trust mechanism,help to solve the data evaluation of fraud,fraud,data loss,difficult problems such as safeguarding rights,can effectively improve short P2 P rental industry's trust.Currently,it is the exploration stage of the application development of block chain P2 P short rent platform,and there are shortcomings in user experience.The research on user experience of block chain short rent platform is in the preliminary stage,and there are few relevant researches.How to improve user experience is the main problem to be solved at present.User experience research in this paper combined with service design,user experience design and chain blocks and other related knowledge from two angles,start with short chain block P2 P rental platform and its users as the research object,through to the user and platform research analysis,to explore the decentralized short rent platform user experience design deficiency,digging out the pain points affecting the user experience,and then sums up the user experience by the method of user interviews influence factor model,using the results of the two studies as the theoretical support for instance design,and then by comparing the clarified in this article,the feasibility of user experience research,This study makes a beneficial attempt to the research on the user experience of block chain P2 P short rent platform.The research process is as follows:Firstly,the block chain P2 P short rent platform and user groups were surveyed by questionnaire,usability test,information structure analysis and other methods to obtain user demand.Then,the user clustering analysis map was made based on the user research data to summarize the user portrait,and the potential service pain points were explored by combining with the service blueprint.Some Suggestions for optimizing user experience are put forward based on the user demand and potential service pain points obtained from the survey.Secondly,based on user groups,user interviews collected 52 factors that affect the user experience,and then through the three card sorting 52 factors are classified,form the relationship between the factors that affect the user experience model,consists of four primary factors,11 secondary factors,48 tertiary impact factors,and the relationship between user experience model of parsing and Tripio case analysis.Finally,in order to get in front of the demand for pain points for guidance and advice as well as the factors affecting user experience model,carries on the information architecture combing,navigation design,interactive prototype design,and visual design,the design scheme,and then to carry on the design scheme and availability of existing short chain block P2 P rental platform contrast test to prove this article short chain block P2 P rental platform user experience research is effective and feasible.
