Under the background of the rapid development of the mobile Internet and the sharing economy model,my country’s online car-hailing market is trending from emerging to saturation.In the shared travel ecology of online car-hailing,maintaining the balance between drivers and passengers is the top priority to ensure the sustainable development of the platform.In order to better build a harmonious driver-passenger relationship ecology,Didi Chuxing established the Platform Governance Department,which constitutes a complete link of platform governance from regulation,acceptance,judgment,handling to appeal.The project that the author is involved in is an important link in the platform governance chain—judgment of responsibility,that is,a governance platform for manual responsibility determination for complaints from drivers and passengers.Due to the limitation of time and cost,version 1.0 is more of a low-maturity workbench with many functions and poor experience.The period when the author intervened in the project happened to be the starting point of the iteration of version 2.0 of the workbench.The project practice revolved around the workbench.The user experience design optimization of version 2.0 has been expanded.The main purpose of this optimization is to reduce the user’s understanding cost of rules and improve the user experience of the product through design strategies and intelligent identification algorithm technology,so as to meet the needs of the staff to accurately and efficiently complete the judgment and responsibility of drivers and passengers.This paper firstly conducts a multi-dimensional analysis of the status quo of the workbench based on the five elements of user experience,and provides a targeted direction for user research;Questionnaire survey method),dig out the pain points and needs of users in the process of use,propose design opportunities and clarify the direction of design optimization;in the design practice stage,the formulation of design principles,reconstruction of information framework and page layout are carried out.Redrawing,the platform is divided into four core modules according to the operation process and the important level of information,and the design ideas and interaction logic are elaborated for each module,and the design specification is formulated according to the product positioning,and the visual design of the product interface is completed.After the product was launched,the feasibility of the solution was verified through A/B Test.The new solution effectively improved the usability,ease of learning,user satisfaction,judging efficiency and accuracy of the product,and further improved the ease of understanding dimension.Program.Through the practice and research of the project,the following results have been achieved:(1)The information content of the existing products is split and reorganized,and the entire information structure is reconstructed;(2)The vertical page organization and layout is based on the event decision axis.Redrawing,the convergence and integration of evidence tools based on the horizontal time axis,improved the efficiency and accuracy of judgment;(3)Constructed a parallel comprehensive judgment model of scene-root cause-feature-conclusion,which closely linked machines and humans.(4)Formulate design principles and specifications,laying a foundation for design and development for subsequent product update iterations;(5)Formulate evaluation scales based on product characteristics to verify and measure Effectiveness of product optimization;(6)In terms of user research mode,design strategy innovation,and test evaluation,this project can provide certain design references for user experience optimization of related B-side tool products.
