Study On Two Public Opinion Fields In People's Daily's Micro-blog Discourse

With the arrival of the new media era,the audience changes from the receiver of information to the publisher of information,and the fermentation form of public opinion also changes.The official public opinion field formed by the mainstream media such as the party newspaper,the state news agency,and the state television has been challenged by the folk public opinion field formed by the new network media represented by free Micro-blog,We-chat and other self media.If the two sides cannot adapt to the new communication environment brought about by the technological revolution,it may lead to public opinion out of control and cause a series of social problems.In the public opinion field,the audience uses micro-blog and we-chat to criticize the current situation,supervise the government and comment on the government's public management,which to a large extent affects the absolute public opinion guidance of the official public opinion field created by the mainstream media represented by the party media,and forms a "new pattern of public opinion guidance" in the context of media integration.In recent years,the reports on the two sessions have shown an increasing trend year by year in terms of coverage popularity and coverage length.It can be seen that the two sessions,as a major national policy and development trend,have won widespread attention.This article will choose Sina Weibo @ People's Daily of the party newspaper,People's Daily as the research platform.The zero-threshold feature of micro blog makes it not only a public opinion collection but also a high-quality field for the formation and development of public opinion.With the continuous development,micro blog has become the main battlefield of the public opinion field.With its continuous development and expansion,Weibo has actually become the main battlefield of the public opinion field.As a typical government media,the micro-blog of People's Daily has the characteristics of the official public opinion field.Therefore,micro blog has become the intersection of the official public opinion field and the public opinion field.This article selects the reports of @ People's Daily on the "two sessions" from 2014 to 2018 as sample data,discusses the generation of the official public opinion field and the folk public opinion field in the micro blog narrative of @ People's Daily's "two sessions",observes the dynamic development of the "two scenes" from confrontation to integration,and finally form the "concentric circle" of the network.By doing so,we can conduct the research-"two public opinion fields" in the micro blog discourse of People's Daily.The first chapter focuses on the significance of the topic and literature review of the existing reports on the "two sessions".Then from the concept,characteristics,functions of the public opinion field and the game,integration between the two public opinion fields,this article expounds the research status of the public opinion field.At the end of this chapter,the author proposes to study two public opinion fields from the perspective of new media.The second chapter combines the theoretical knowledge of communication with the characteristics of the two public opinion fields and analyzes the micro-blog narrative of the "two sessions" news report of People's Daily.This article summarizes the establishment of the official public opinion field from the two perspectives of public opinion theme setting and public opinion perspective,and analyzes the discourse characteristics in the reports of the "two sessions" of People's Daily.The third chapter observes the formation and characteristics of the public opinion field from the perspectives of micro-blog forwarding,public opinion expression in praise and public opinion ecology in micro-blog comments,and to explore how the public opinion evolved from individual voice to "public voice".The last part of this article summarizes the distinct characteristics of the two public opinion fields,analyzes the possibility of their interaction,and explores how the two public opinion fields move from chamber confrontation to mutual integration.Both the official and the folk public opinion fields,which complement and communicate with each other,exist side by side.They form a community,drawing what General Secretary Xi Jinping calls "concentric circles" and contributing to the promotion of positive socialist energy.
