Research On The Guidance Strategy Of Public Opinion On Food Safety Network

In recent years,the public pay high attention to food safety.Once food safety happen,the public's views and opinions on the incident are quickly disseminated online.Without timely and effective guidance,it may not only affect the public's confidence in food safety,but also affect social stability.The guidance of network public opinion on food safety should focus on the whole process rather than the fire-fighting response.Therefore,when food safety incident occurs,we should take timely measures to effectively guide public opinion,coordinate the symmetry of information,reduce the vacuum zone,put an end to the emergence of rumors,effectively grasp the development trend of public opinion,and reduce the adverse impact on society.The research of this paper is based on the crisis management theory.Take the food safety incident in Chengdu No.7 experimental school,the incident of Quanjian group and the "mouse gate" incident in Haidilao for example,by comparison and analysis of the cases,we will discuss on current situation and hidden danger of network public opinion guidance on food safety.The emergence and development of network public opinion in food safety incident has a specific process,so this paper according to the crisis management theory to divide the guide management of network public opinion into three parts: network public opinion monitoring and early warning,network public opinion guidance and coordination,and network public opinion settlement and sorting.Based on this framework,this paper analyzes the causes of online public opinion guidance of food safety,and puts forward the strategies and suggestions for guiding online public opinion of food safety from the perspective of government,enterprises and media,so as to provide theoretical basis of the management of public opinion of the government.
