Following the emerging trend of segmented applications in the cloud manufacturing industry,the electronics manufacturing industry,as a segmented manufacturing industry featuring high intelligence and automation in the high-end manufacturing field,enjoys broad application prospects in the manufacturing industry cloud.Among them,equipment resources are deemed as the core manufacturing resources widely utilized in the electronics manufacturing industry,whose characteristics and professionalism are prone to undermining in the process of resource description of the general cloud platform,thus resulting in service failure after cross-industry misinvocation.At the same time,the manufacturing resource application embarrassments,such as unsatisfactory search results for equipment in cloud pools,occur from time to time throughout the development of the industry-based cloud.In view of such background,how to set up a professional and characteristic equipment registered description process for the electronic cloud manufacturing platform while using its capability characteristics to dynamically group and optimize the electronic manufacturing equipment resource retrieval results,has become one of the tricky problems that industry-based cloud manufacturing that need to be solved urgently in the organization of electronic manufacturing equipment resources for industrial cloud manufacturing.Therefore,this thesis proposes a method of registered description and capability-based grouping of electronic manufacturing equipment under cloud manufacturing to address the problem of equipment resource organization in the above-mentioned electronic manufacturing cloud platform in a complementary manner.First,the registered description and capability-based grouping of electronic manufacturing equipment under cloud manufacturing was studied as the starting point.The requirements of electronic manufacturing equipment registered description and the needs of equipment capability-based grouping based on the registered description results were analyzed.From the perspective of the field of the electronic product manufacturing industry,with the general description and grouping process,the characteristics of scale,precision,and sensibility in the electronic product manufacturing process were combined,the principles and methods of device resource registered description,as well as the basis and goal of the capability-based grouping on the result of the registered description were redefined,and the detailed steps of the registered description and capability-based grouping of the electronic manufacturing equipment were designed.Secondly,based on the general requirements for the resource description of equipment under cloud manufacturing,the content of the industry domain and characteristic description of the attributes of electronic manufacturing equipment were analyzed,the structural classification of the registered description of electronic manufacturing equipment was constructed,and the contents of the registered description were proposed systematically and divided into six parts,namely,basic attributes,transactional attributes,structural attributes,functional attributes,perceptive attribute and status attributes.Referring to the unique industry standards in the field of electronic manufacturing and the existing equipment review mode,a registered access method for equipment resources of the electronic manufacturing cloud platform was proposed.The Siemens ASM TX2 i high-speed SMT machine was chosen using the seven-step method of ontology modeling and Protégé tools to demonstrate the whole process of application.Then,in the development of electronic manufacturing cloud platform,due to the lack of type and quantity of equipment resources after admission in the initial stage or the large number of mature resources in the cloud pool in the later stage,the resource management or retrieval effect is unfavorable,and the demand for dynamic and scalability grouping of equipment resources is prominent..According to the comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of the three existing grouping methods,the necessity of grouping based on the characteristic capabilities of electronic manufacturing equipment was pointed out,and the concept of constructing equipment capacity element was proposed.In order to obfuscate equipment capacity and adapt to actual capacity index,the interval distance formula was introduced to improve the FCM clustering intelligent algorithm,and the grabbing rules of initial center were changed by the maximum and minimum distance formula.Based on the comparative evaluation of the final results of capability-based grouping,the effectiveness of the capability-based grouping problem of electronic manufacturing equipment based on equipment capacity element and improved FCM algorithm was proved on 20 multi-groove process equipment examples of electronic product shell support.Finally,grounding on the theoretical method of registered description and capabilitybased grouping,the management function module of the equipment resource and the business process of the equipment resource organization were corresponded in the electronic manufacturing cloud platform,and the interactive prototype page was visualized and verified through the electronic manufacturing cloud platform system.Through the visual interactive prototype page of the electronic manufacturing cloud platform system,the application value of the theoretical method proposed in this thesis in the cloud manufacturing platform of the electronics industry for domain-specific optimization organization of equipment resources was verified.
