Under the background of modern manufacturing informatization,IEC61131-3 is widely used in the development of PAC controller as a general programming specification.At the same time,OPC UA(IEC62541)has become the model standard for data exchange in industry,and the realization of data interaction between the data models of these two standards is of great significance for industrial control informatization.HZPAC(Hua Zhong Programmable Automation Controller)is a domestic PAC Controller programming platform based on IEC61131-3 standard.This paper proposes a method for data modeling based on the IEC61131-3 software model and data release based on standards such as the OPC UA communication protocol and information model.The data interaction between the PAC controller and the remote program is implemented on a domestic platform HZPAC.Firstly,the paper analyzes the application requirements of the data modeling and publishing system,and proposes two methods of manual and automatic modeling for different applications.In the manual modeling method,functional blocks such as server initialization,address space construction and real-time data are designed,and OPC UA functional block library is developed based on HZPAC plug-in development specification.In the automatic modeling method,based on the analysis of the compilation,operation and debugging process of HZPAC,an implementation scheme of directly generating the OPC UA debugger through the operation of IEC61131-3 program construction intermediate file is proposed,and the real-time data of the controller program is realized through the automatic subscription publication of OPC UA.This paper provides a modeling and standardized solution for the interaction between iec61131-3 program data and OPC UA data,which can not only realize the information modeling and remote release of IEC61131-3 controller,but also be used for remote monitoring and debugging of the controller.In the domestic PAC programming platform,data publishing and remote debugging methods are realized from the custom protocol to the OPC UA standardization protocol,which has certain reference value for the standardization of domestic industrial controllers.
