The Design And Application Of A Class Of General Controller

For the new three servo automatic packaging machine applications asked by users, The thesis states views based on the independent research and development of gengral motion controller as the core, developing the software for automatic packing machine which has three servo mechanism. And on the basis of the original research, made further improvements, developing the tracking model and fixed-length model, and achieving the electronic anti-cut function, empty slot detection function, antomatic film function, improving the overall perfor- mance of the packaging machine.For characteristics of the motion control system of automatic packing machine, this paper offers a design method of UML model based on real-time motion control software. Through analysis of the packaging objects, establishing system dynamics disgram, using the way of the activity diagram describes the packaging movement, and the implementation of new functions.The application of the electronic cam and synchronization control,replaces the mechanical cam and shaft mechanical linkage device between the axis, simplifys the mechanical structure of packaging machine to improve processing accuracy.According to the users'requirements,the use of PID algorithm compensates the position of slave axis, effectively eliminates the mechanical accumulation of errors, and track content to ensure that the tracking mode with the packaging film of cross-sealing accuracy, improve the quality of packaging.For the reliability of general motion controller, developing a test system which tests general motion controller hardware quality, the test system has made general motion controller hardware reliability are guaranted.Based on what has studied above, the development of automatic packing machine control software which achieved the basic function of packaging capabilities and the new applications. Through the commissioning, the software meet the design requirem- ent, access to authorized users.
