Weibo provides a new communication platform and development opportunities for science communication.This research is based on the five principles of dialogue guided by the theory of dialogue public relations and the evaluation index DQI developed by Habermas theory of communicative action,using content analysis and case analysis,studies the establishment of the conversational relationship between popular science bloggers on weibo and the rational negotiation between popular science bloggers and weibo users when hot scientific events occur.The research found that Weibo popular science bloggers' information is very useful and the content is rich in form,but they have not fully played in the ways and techniques of dialogues.The ability to establish a dialogue relationship is insufficient.Popular science communication is still dominated by one-way communication of popular science workers.In the discussion of scientific hot events,popular science bloggers was inadequate,and there was a lack of attention in the later period.The quality of rational negotiation between Weibo users and science bloggers is weak.Science bloggers pay less attention to the content and attitude of comments,which is not conducive to garbage classification the popularization of science and the formation of scientific consensus.Popular science bloggers should pay attention to communication with Weibo users,pay attention to their questions and needs,actively answer the questions that the public should understand,and master the skills to increase the audience's attention;in the content of scientific communication,consciously become the gatekeeper of the dissemination of scientific information and knowledge to strictly check the published content,continuously enrich the content and form,mobilize the enthusiasm of Weibo users to participate in scientific communication,and further improve the public's scientific literacy.
