Design And Implementation Of A Residential Property Comprehensive Service System Based On Spring Boot

With the continuous progress of urbanization,more and more people live in cities.The number of urban population has gradually increased,the number of community has gradually increased,and the size of community has also continued to expand.At the same time,the types of property services required by residents are becoming more and more diverse.Judging from the current situation,many property management companies have difficulty keeping up with the development of communities,and traditional property management models have been unable to meet the needs of residential property management.In order to improve the work efficiency and service level of property management companies,and to meet the increasingly diverse property service needs of residents,it is necessary to design and develop a residential property comprehensive service system.Based on the background of property management,the development and current situation of property management mode is analyzed,and the design and development of a residential property comprehensive service system is proposed.Firstly,combined with the use case diagram,the system can be divided into three functional modules: basic information management module,property service module and system management module.The basic information management module is responsible for managing the basic data of the system,such as community information,building information and household information.The property service module is responsible for providing a variety of property services to residents in the community,such as notifications,complaints,and property payments.The system management module is responsible for system user login,logout,and maintenance of personal information.Secondly,the system architecture design,function design and database design is performed.Thirdly,the system is implemented.The back-end of the system is developed with Spring Boot and My Batis framework,and My SQL database is used to store system data;the front-end for community residents is developed based on We Chat mini-program;the front-end for system administrators,property managers and community merchants is developed with vue.js framework.Finally,a system test is performed to ensure that the system functions meet user requirements.The system test shows that the system runs normally and meet the needs of users.Unlike the property management software developed for property management companies in the past,this system integrates property management functions and property service functions,which not only improves the work efficiency and service level of property management companies,but also meets the increasingly diverse property service needs of residents.
