Design And Implementation Of Community Property Management System

Information technology plays a more and more important role in our daily life,and it has been widely applied to various fields of life,in order to reduce operating costs and improve the work efficiency.However,as the most basic unit of life,community has not progressed in the aspect of information construction.Many community property management companys still deal with related business in manual mode,so we can promote the informatization construction of the community property management business,which can not only make community property management business more standardized and scientific,but also improve the efficiency of management effectively.The community property management system is build by using the technical solution of J2EE+SQL Server 2010+B/S to.and the SSH framework is introduced in order to improve the system performance.The community property management system is made of security protection,staff personnel management,owner information management,household service management,and property notice.The system introduces SMS notification and mail notification mode in order to let community residents receive the property publication quickly and send message to community residents easily.In order to support mass SMS sending task,system uses blocking queue technology.At the same time,the system design scheme of perfect security protection,which can improve the system's protection capability and ensure data security through the integrated parallel server technology and the backup strategy.The system meets the application requirements of the property company,which has been deployed to the community property company.This thesis first introduces the project development background and significance,and the research and the arrangement of the chapters are described.Then the techniques used to build the system are introduced.In the part of system analys,it is clear about functional requirements and performance requirements of the system in the way of the use case diagram.In the part of system design.it is clear about the system module and the functional structure,and the database design is completed.In the part of system implementation,function implementation is described in detail in the form of a flow chart.In the part of system test,the functional testing and performance testing are completed.At last,the work in this thesis is summarized,and the future work is prospected.
