Under the background of the construction of smart cities and smart communities,smart properties have been well-developed as an important part of the smart community.The scale of construction is expanding,bringing convenience to community residents.Due to the long life cycle and cost of smart community projects,smart communities cannot be distributed to small and medium-sized communities,causing problems such as the wisdom of real estate projects in small and medium-sized communities.With the continuous development of technology,the role of smart properties is fully utilized to ensure the quality of life of community residents.It is suitable for smart properties used by small and medium-sized communities to become the development of smart communities.One of the important directions is that the development of smart properties has not yet formed a unified standard.In China,the development of smart properties is still at a stage of exploration.At present,with the rapid development of Internet technology and the use of smart properties as its background,this paper aims to build a smart property system.The system addresses the problem of smart property difficulties for small and medium-sized communities,analyzes system requirements,and adopts economic design.The system also uses the C/S and B/S architecture to design the client of the property management server and system.The property system of this article is mainly divided into two parts: property management system and service system.The property management system is implemented using a B/S architecture with strong cross-platform,and uses the MVC framework to layer the system to achieve the separation of data and views.The system is mainly divided into four layers:Display layer,data layer,service layer,control layer,this design can effectively reduce the system's coupling.The property service system adopts a highly fluent C/S system.The property service system also includes a server and an Android client.The Android client implements the three modules of property service,smart home and life assistant for community residents.Each of the large modules has a number of small modules that you have implemented,such as home appliance repair,self-service laundry,door-to-door car washing and express collection,etc.,which basically cover all the needs of community residents.In addition,the login module of the client implements a single sign-on method,which achieves identityconsistency between different modules.After the user logs in to a certain module,it does not need to log in again to enter another module,and uses the Redis buffer to store user login information.Caching is performed,and only simple authentication is required in other modules to ensure the security of the system.In order to improve the performance of the lead property system in this paper,Nginx direction proxy servers are used to implement load balancing and to realize the split between different modules.Finally,the pilot property system was pressure tested,and the test results were simply summarized and analyzed.The results showed that the system meets the design requirements.
