Today,with the continuous better development of the financial market of our country,people's income levels are rising,and the desire for investment and financial management also continues growing.As a new type of financing tool,asset securitization can help companies obtain financing and promote their sustainable development.At the same time,it can also improve the problem of limited investment channels for investors.Asset securitization has been accepted by many countries since its birth,and it plays an increasingly important role in the financial markets of various countries.With the rapid development of the asset securitization market of China,competition in customer service has intensified.Trust companies adopt information technology to improve data service levels,which will help improve the goodwill of investor customers,and improve the effectiveness of asset securitization business departments to analyze market information.The trust company asset securitization management system is an asset securitization information management platform based on this background,which can provide convenient data services for trust company investor customers.Based on the actual needs of a trust company in data services,this paper designs and implements an asset securitization management system of trust company.The main tasks are as follows: analyzed the target of the asset securitization management system,conducted a detailed demand analysis,and defined the functional requirements and non-functional requirements of the system;the asset securitization management system is designed into six modules,which are login and registration management,user management,product management,market analysis,information management,and system management.UML tool was used to model,analyze,design and implement the main functions of each module;the asset securitization management system was comprehensively tested in terms of function and performance,and it was found that all the functions of the system are operating well,which could meet the need of data service of investor customers in most cases.This subject integrated commonly used Internet technologies to develop a trust company asset securitization management system.The system which was decomposed into front end and back end,was developed based on the MVC three-tier architecture design mode and the Java language was used as the main programming language.The front end was developed based on the Vue JS framework as a whole,and the ECharts tool was used to realize the visual display function.The back end was in general developed based on Spring,Spring MVC,and My Batis framework,combined with Nginx server,Redis cache middleware,My SQL database and Mongo DB database to complete the functional realization of each module,and provided Web service interfaces according to the REST design style.Finally,a relatively complete system test was conducted on the asset securitization management system.The functional test used methods such as equivalence class division and boundary value analysis.The performance test mainly used the stress testing tool JMeter to perform concurrency testing on the asset securitization management system.The entire development process of the asset securitization management system of trust company was carried out in accordance with the software development specifications,and the design of the functional modules were strictly realized according to high cohesion and low coupling.At present,the system has been officially put into operation in the actual production environment of the company after passing the test.According to the actual operation of the system,all functions are running smoothly,providing convenience to the investor customers of the trust company,finishing the objectives of the first phase of the project.In the future,we need to further improve the performance and reliability of the system.
