Research On The Practice And Problems Of Asset-Backed Securitization Based On Blockchain Technology

Asset-Backed Securitization,as an innovative financial product,has experienced explosive development in the Chinese market since its introduction into China in 2005,and its asset scale has continued to expand.Asset-Backed Securitization provides financiers with more comprehensive financing solutions,creates more long-term sustainable value space for investors,and plays an irreplaceable role in the financial market.However,traditional Asset-Backed Securitization still has great disadvantages.The issuance process is complex and lengthy.Each link requires very high professional requirements.The writing of materials is time-consuming and labor-intensive;the asymmetry of information between the entities leads to the authenticity of the underlying assets It cannot be guaranteed;the risk management system is not sophisticated enough,the credit reporting system is defective,and the regulator cannot obtain the relevant information of the underlying assets in a timely and accurate manner,which makes subsequent supervision difficult.The blockchain has a unique data structure and cryptographic method.This feature ensures that the original data cannot be tampered with,improves information transparency,makes each participant more efficient,and facilitates supervisory institutions to achieve penetrating supervision;the use of smart contracts Can standardize the cooperation between the parties,reducing operating costs.The research content of this article is the application of blockchain technology in Asset-Backed Securitization.Firstly,the origin,development and technical architecture of the blockchain technology are analyzed and introduced.Secondly,it analyzes the specific pain points in the traditional Asset-Backed Securitization process and proves the advantages of blockchain technology in the field of Asset-Backed Securitization.Finally,combined with the successful case of JD Finance in blockchain Asset-Backed Securitization,this paper studies and analyzes the detailed application process of blockchain in Asset-Backed Securitization,and uses data to illustrate the role of blockchain in optimizing and enhancing traditional asset-Backed Securitization.At the end of the article,the outlook and constructive suggestions are proposed for the development of blockchain Asset-Backed Securitization.
