With the rapid development of Internet technology and website development technology,the Content Management System(CMS),as a platform for users to conveniently construct,manage and maintain websites and information content,have been widely used in various industries.The increase in the number of websites,the scattered distribution mode and the large-scale growth of digital information make people have to pay attention to problems such as inconvenient website management and maintenance,and waste of resources.The Website Group Content Management System provides a technical framework that can uniformly manage the website and content,and achieve resource integration and information sharing,as well as hierarchical management and maintenance of the website.The main research object of this thesis is the Website Group Content Management System.This thesis details the background and significance of the development and application of the Website Group Gontent Management System.This thesis consulted a large number of research papers and journals in the early stage of the research,learned about the development process and related theoretical knowledge of the Content Management System and the Website Group Content Management System.On this basis,this thesis also learned about related website development technologies,such as PHP technology,front-end technology,database technology,and so on.Then this thesis has studied the functions and uses of the current common Website Group Gontent Management System.By building and using these systems,and conducting a comparative analysis of functions and costs,the open source PHP-based Website Group Gontent Management System is selected as the optimization object.Finally,on the basis of clear optimization objectives,in view of the system's functions and shortcomings,this thesis selected a suitable optimization scheme to complete the optimization of system functions.The open source rich text editor named CKEditor solves the problem of automatically pasting and uploading Word images that exists in most CMS.With the combination of qrcode.js and template development,the function of sharing QRCode on the page is realized,so that users can get a more convenient and easy-to-use experience in the process of using.In addition,the optimized Website Group Gontent Management System in this thesis is applied to the construction of the competition information sharing platform in the school.According to the software development process of demand analysis,system design and system realization,design and implement a competition information portal composed of a main station and several sub-stations,so as to master the use of the optimized system in the practical application of multi-site management in practice.The research and optimization of the Website Group Content Management System in this thesis is conducive to improving the utilization rate of information and data,reducing the complexity and cost of website construction and maintenance,and providing a website construction platform with perfect functions and high usability for information construction.
