With the popularity of the network and network technology, website and news-browser gradually penetrated into every corner of life. For universities, the website, which play an authority role as part of internal and external publicity and notice, is gradually increasing its own weight, but series of shortcomings come with it such as independence plan, implemented independently, independently managed which to bring information silos, technical defects restrict further development of the university’s website.By analyzing the existed problems of he university’s website, proposed the necessity of building the university website group system. By unifying the base foundation, with unified organization planning and implementation, and unified management, the website group put together the independent website group into a integrated one, and in accordance with uniform standards, based on the same technology framework to achieve the goal that information sharing and hierarchical management, and to support rapid establishment using templates, providing a good solution ideas and integrated solutions for the development of university website.This paper design and implemented a Website group meets university features, that uses. NET platform, asp.net, ajax, web services, components, reflection and other technologies, and through the philosophy of Web2.0to the three-tier architecture for the design blueprint, using design ideas of MVC to achieve each function module. First, from requirements analysis to determine the role and use of system users, based on the characteristics of universities, determine d the appropriate separation of functional modules and management authority to give the three functional classification as group management, site management, content management, which put forward a basis for system design and implementation.In the system design, established design principles and accordingly give the overall design of the system. Presents the basic requirements of the operating environment and designed each layer of the three-tier architecture in detail. Using Oracle data structure as an example to design underlying database and tables, and after that system safety was designed. On the implementation of system functions, shows the pictures of the implemented modules of the group management, site management,and content management. In addition, shows template example for each university department.After testing, we design and implement the website group system to better fit the actual college environment, improving the portal and its sub-station construction efficiency and management, overall quality, reducing the hazards that the drawbacks taking and site construction cost and complexity.
