With the rapid development of mobile terminal equipment,wearable smart devices are becoming more and more popular.Product appearance,as a direct customer oriented,is an important factor affecting the user's purchase decision.How to accurately grasp the user's perceptual demand for the appearance of the product and to design the satisfactory product of the user has become the goal of the enterprise.Taking the typical smart Bracelet in wearable products as an example,combined with semantic difference and eye movement experiment,a new reliable method is put forward for the perceptual measurement and optimization design of smart bracelet,including the following aspects.(1)Extraction of key design elements.Using online reviews data mining method,a lot of reviews on the user reviews of electronic websites were carried out,and the key design variables of smart Bracelet appearance were extracted by Python programming.(2)Prototype design.The design of 13 representative smart bracelet was finally determined by orthogonal experiment and cluster analysis.Combined with Outdesk Maya 3D modeling software,the appearance of 13 representative smart bracelet was designed.(3)The determination of the dimension of perceptual evaluation.In this paper,a large number of intelligent Kansei word pairs that can reflect the appearance of smart bracelet are collected.Through the semantic difference scale,the user's perceptual evaluation of the appearance of smart bracelet is measured.Through the project analysis and factor analysis,3 intelligent evaluation factors of smart Bracelet appearance are finally determined.(4)The construction of the perceptual objective measurement model.In a representative prototype as stimuli,such as evaluation factor screening,the subjective evaluation and eye movement experiment,significant eye movement index was determined by sensory evaluation factor data variance analysis,in order to establish the objective measurement model of product appearance perceptual evaluation.(5)Perceptual evaluation of the appearance of intelligent hand rings.The perceptual evaluation dimension factor,objective measurement model,eye movement test and subjective questionnaire survey data were used,combined with the method of grey correlation analysis,the intelligent appearance evaluation model of smart bracelet was put forward,and the appearance of 13 smart bracelet was evaluated.(6)Based on the 13 smart bracelet with a large number of experimental data,to establish the design elements and perceptual evaluation dimension factor regression model,and the combination of perceptual evaluation dimension factor significantly eyemovement index optimal value,using Matlab programming to solve the model,establish the perceptual model after optimization design.Based on Kansei Engineering usability in product design as a starting point,with the smart bracelet as the research object,the proposed system product appearance perceptual measurement model and smart Bracelet perceptual optimization design method,which provides a reference for the product designers to develop similar products,has a certain practical value.
