With the rapid development of the Internet,the wave of big data has arrived,user online reviews in online shopping is the product of the era of big data.At present,the convenience and efficiency of online shopping makes it more and more popular,online review information has become an important way for e-commerce websites to advertise themselves,so,consumer purchase decisions are largely influenced by online reviews,the design of online review interface will directly affect the consumer's view or release information.In this thesis,a case research on JD,in the case of different product types,the design of online review interface is optimized,the main research contents are as follows:(1)Classification of online reviews information considering products types differences First,using data mining technology to obtain online reviews of products;Second,using Anaconda software and python programming to classify the online review labels and then to classify the online reviews.This thesis take Xiaomi 5s as the representation of search product and running shoes as the representation of experience product respectively to research on the online reviews.(2)The determination of evaluation dimension and design elements of online review interface.First of all,a questionnaire survey was conducted to collect the perceptual evaluation words and then the project analysis and factor analysis are conducted.Finally the perceptual evaluation pairs and dimensions of perceptual evaluation are determined.Taking full account of the features of online review interface,this thesis refers to the design elements of web page design and finally the design elements and design level of the online review interface are determined.(3)Prototype design of different online reviews.The orthogonal test design method is used to generate the mixed orthogonal test table after determining the design elements and design level,there are eight design schemes in this thesis.On this basis,eight kinds of online review interface prototype are designed(4)Determination of consumers' information behavior of different types of product reviews.First of all,according to the classification of information in the third chapter,the research hypothesis is put forward;Then the eye movement experiment is used to verify the behavior of consumers to check the information of different types of products.(5)Determination of the optimal design of online review interface design.The eye movement experiments are carried out on eight prototypes of online review interface,and the eye movement data are collected and analyzed.Then the eye movement index is extracted and the subjected are asked to score the affective words in different dimensions.After that,the relationship between different dimensions and eye movement indexes was analyzed by eye movement data,as the goal to achieve different dimensions.In order to calculate the optimal solution,this paper establishes the regression model with partial least squares method and optimization model finally,which is the optimal design of online review interface.In this thesis,the user's emotional experience is added to the design process of the online review interface,which provides a reference for web designers and has great practical significance and application value.
