With the development of China's tourism industry,the number of tour guides in China is increasing gradually,and the relevant reports about tour guides in the media have attracted the attention of the audience.At the same time,with the popularization and development of Internet technology,the number of Internet users in China continues to increase,people today are more used to getting external information through new media.Based on this,this paper mainly discusses the new media presentation of guide's media image.This paper mainly focuses on the related reports of tour guides on the official micro-blog of the People's Daily and China News Weekly on the Sina micro-blog platform,and relying on the framework theory,this paper proposes to use the methods of literature research,content analysis and questionnaire survey to analyze the micro-blog reports of tour guides from 2013 to 2019,so as to obtain the new media image of tour guides,and explore the causes of the new media image of tour guides from three aspects of media,tour guides and audiences,and finally put forward suggestions for improving the new media image of tour guides.This paper is divided into four chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,mainly including the research background and significance,literature review at home and abroad,research related theoretical basis,research methods.The second chapter is the research design and the content analysis of tour guide's image presented by new media,mainly including related research design and content analysis of tour guide information in micro-blog.The third chapter is the image analysis of the tour guide presented by the new media.Under the new media environment,the image of tour guide media is mainly presented as blackhearted guides against greedy tourists,the devoted person with warm service,the vulnerable group with grievance and bitterness,the "third party" in the downstream link of interest chain,the contradiction of strong happiness and dislike.And conducting a questionnaire survey on the influence of the new media image of the tour guides on the audience's perception of the guide's image.Finally,the paper puts forward that the formation of new media image of tour guide mainly includes three aspects:media factors,tour guide's own factors,audience participation in the construction of the image of tour guide.The fourth chapter is the suggestions for improving the media image of tour guide,which mainly includes three aspects:media,tour guide and audience.Among them,the media should correctly use the media framework and pay attention to the audience framework;tour guide should make good use of micro-blog platform to rebuild their image,face up to their existing problems and strengthen the quality construction;the audience should improve the media literacy,strengthen the rational cognition and give guide more care and understanding,avoid the deepening of prejudice.
