With the formation of the acceleration of global economic integration,the modern market has become a buyer's market.This thesis summarizes the competitions and dilemmas faced by F mobile phone manufacturing company after the market environment has changed.This mode is based on constrained resources in TOC and it comprehensively uses the production ideas and practices of plan and implement type in MRP and JIT.Its foundry must be transformed from the previous less mass production scale to now a variety of flexible production mode,and it is necessary to do "to sell the products to be timely".This thesis takes F company's OEM mobile phone small-scale production as the research object,adopts the combination of theory and practice,study research and production field,and combines relevant theories and technologies to construct a small and diverse production mode of OEM mobile phone and apply it.Firstly,through the analysis of the status quo of lean production at home and abroad,MRP and JIT are taken as representatives to discuss the advantages and limitations of Push and Pull production methods.Based on this,the principles and methods of TOC theory are introduced.For MRP,JIT and TOC conducts comparative analysis and integration research to establish a complementary technical framework;then,based on a small number of diverse production characteristics of mobile phone OEM industry,research on the key technologies involved,and build a small number of OEM production modes;finally,combined with F company mobile phones A small number of actual production conditions and process characteristics of the production plant,designed an OEM mobile phone manufacturing mode under the Multi-item Small-lot Settings for the development of F company.First,the introduction of the rapid mold change system,through the comprehensive application of the six key core technologies,enhance the flexibility of the production plan,reduce the loss of mold change hours,effectively match the production characteristics of multiple varieties and small batches;Second,the full use of electroplating process Strictly control the raw materials,molds and shapes of plastic parts,improve the quality of electroplating products,and identify bottlenecks to optimize production.Thirdly,the Cell production mode is introduced,and the Cell mode of various shapes and characteristics is used according to the different characteristics of the assembly of the mobile phone parts,thereby realizing efficient and quick change of the line.Fourth,the use of bottleneck-based kanban management mode,focusing on key processes,to ensure that critical processes will not stop working,so that the utilization of bottleneck resources is improved,and effective output is maximized.This thesis takes the actual situation of the implementation of mobile phone production system improvement by F company as an empirical study.It clarifies the research viewpoint of this paper through a series of vivid and vivid implementation cases.It also expounds the principles and ideas that should be followed in the actual implementation.Provide reference for enterprise production activities.
