The state administration of radio,film and television and various radio and television organizations represented by CCTV have been exploring ways to innovate cultural TV programs in China.It was not until 2013 that the "Chinese characters dictation conference" successfully opened the audience market of cultural TV programs,and then the "Chinese idioms conference" and "Chinese poetry conference" pushed the audience's attention to cultural TV programs to the climax,and cultural TV programs began to come into the audience's eyes.And in February 2017,the TV show "the reader",once broadcast has triggered heated debate,broke the has always been China's TV show "weak strong entertainment culture" stalemate,to "cultural aphasia" media environment in recent years has brought hope of change,for our country brought light entertainment culture present situation of the TV show "fresh",also marks the Chinese culture of television out of the encirclement,let us see the future development of Chinese culture of television is feasible path.In fact,the popularity of cultural TV programs is not accidental,but inevitable.First of all,culture is the necessity of a country and a nation,and the soul of a country and a nation.A country without culture cannot be sustained.Second,with the development of The Times,people's material life satisfied continuously,people began to pray for the satisfaction of the spiritual world,and television transmission coverage,highlighted the characteristics of the audience is not restricted by cultural level,culture medium of television as present in front of the audience,will make it easier to accept,thus can satisfy the audience to the spiritual world.How to make cultural programs from popular to strong,innovation is undoubtedly the first answer.In recent years,cultural TV programs in China have presented a thriving scene,which cannot be separated from the development of its innovation.As a symbol of the maturity of cultural programs,the reader,with its completely original program planning,carefully selected program content and highly creative program form,provides a reference for China's cultural TV programs with innovative samples,which is worth our research and discussion.To sum up,this paper takes the reader as the research object and carries out research from its rich program content and innovative and diverse program forms.In the current cultural class television program innovation based on the analysis of the background,motivation,the author from subject headings,text,guests choose three aspects obtains,studied the content of "the reader",from aspects of the program stage scene,link to "reader" of program forms are studied,discussed "the reader" is how to become a "phenomenon" of TV programs,is how to ensure that the rich and profound cultural content of audience of give attention to two or more things audio-visual feeling at the same time,to do the real fun.In order to think about how to develop our cultural programs in the future in the innovation,and put forward Suggestions for the same type of program reference.
