Design And Implement Of Functional Test System For Trip Unit PCBA

PCBA is a circuit board that has assembled in various electronic devices and is a major component of electronic products.Various of functional tests are required in the production process of printed circuit boards.If the function test is carried out in the traditional way,there will be serious problems of artificial participation,low test efficiency and unreliable test results.Therefore,many manufacturers want to introduce the automatic test system based on computer,and strictly control the production cost,while shortening the development cycle of the system and product.This paper studied the domestic and foreign literature of the testing system,based on the design and realizes the automated test system based on virtual instrument for a certain trip unit of electric circuit boards of each functional test.This system greatly improves the test efficiency and production efficiency of the products.The methods and achievements used in the research and implementation of the thesis are summarized as follows:(1).The background and source of the subject are expounded.According to the requirement of uut's FCT,the background,purpose and content of the research are introduced and expounded.(2).The overall design idea of the system is described in detail.The overall design of the system is completed by analyzing the testing requirements.(3).The test electrical circuit has researched and designed.On the basis of the overall design of the system,the key components are selected and the electrical diagram of the system is designed.(4).The software has designed and implemented.According to the requirements of the test,the system software modules have divided,designed and implemented.The project has been tested to meet the user's needs and put into actual production and application,the system is stable in general.
