Safe production of coal mine is aways be an important research object for interrelated scientist and researcher. The domestic engineer researched and manufactured or indraughted various type of coal mine safety detecting systems in the past,but all of the equipment at a high price,that made many medium-sized and pint-sized coal mines unbearable the cost,and safety accidents often occurred in these kind of coal mines in the production process. Therefore, we reserch and manufacture a low-cost, high reliability and simple detecting system of coal mine safety equipment is necessary.In this background, this thesis was designed a kind of mine detecting Working-Parameters' systems of equipment based on C8051F040 MCU with CAN bus and virtual instruments.The whole system is divided into:the hardware and the software. Hardware's down-machine has the following four components:①working parameters of coal mine machine is the detecting object;②mart sensors and peripheral circuits is the information awareness system;③C8051F040 microcontroller is data acquisition,transmission and control system;④CAN bus is the information channels connects PC.The uper-machine of deteting system is PC.Software's down-machine vias Silicon Labs program development environment to write program for hardware and carry out datum processing and transmission.Software's uper-machine vias LabVIEW designed user interface of working parameters.System not only achieved the mine equipment of working parameters for long-range transmission and real-time detectiing, but also could deal with data analysis, data processing, and following the instructions to carry out relevant step, such as sound and light alarm, power failure in order to avoid accidents.In addition, the paper combines the characteristics of intelligent pressure sensors MPX5100DP to improve the dynamic testing methodsof intelligent sensor data processing.It is third-order polynomial,which derived from the principle of least square.It vias approach the nonlinear function to smoothing datum, and finally,this method eliminated instant instability of measurement system.At present, the detecting system of mine equipment working parameter has passed the laboratory test and operation.The results show that the system has a good environment for human-computer interaction, powerful capability of data processing, high precision, good stability and easy maintenance.In conclusion,this system provide a feasibility scheme for long-run mine equipment Working parameters transmission, and establish foundation for fault diagnosis of mine equipment.
