Research On The Construction Of Public Library Digital Culture Service Platform Under The Background Of Yangtze River Delta Integration

The Yangtze River Delta region occupies an important position in China's economic,cultural and social development,and has many advantages in cultural development,scientific and technological innovation,talent cultivation and so on.Since the implementation of the regional integration strategy in the Yangtze River Delta,the relevant departments at all levels in different industries have been actively exploring cooperative development paths,and the public libraries at all levels in the three provinces and one city have made some achievements in the construction of digital cultural service platforms.Based on certain theoretical research and the construction of public library digital cultural service platform in other areas of China,this study puts forward the construction elements of public library digital cultural service platform;Based on this,the paper investigates and analyzes the construction status quo of the digital cultural service platform of public libraries in the Yangtze River Delta region.Combined with the survey on the use of the platform construction by the readers of public libraries in the Yangtze River Delta region,the paper finally puts forward the optimization path for the platform construction.The specific contents are as follows:The first part is the introduction,which introduces the research background and significance,sorts out the domestic and foreign research reviews,and clarifies the research content and methods.The second part is related concepts and basic theories,and introduces the concepts of public digital cultural service,public digital cultural service platform and regional public library alliance.The third part is the characteristic cases of the digital cultural service platform of the public libraries in other regions of China,including the public cultural cloud platform of the capital,the public library alliance platform of the "six central provinces"(Hunan,Hubei,Jiangxi,Anhui,Shanxi and Henan),and the Pearl River Delta digital library alliance platform.The fourth part explains and analyzes the construction elements of the digital cultural service platform of public libraries,including the five elements of platform positioning,platform construction form,platform function,platform service content and platform promotion.The sixth part is a survey on the use of digital cultural service platform of public libraries in the Yangtze River Delta region,including questionnaire design and survey result analysis.The seventh part provides the optimization path for the construction of public library digital cultural service platform under the background of the integration of the Yangtze River Delta,and provides optimization suggestions from six aspects of platform positioning,platform functions,platform resources,platform service content,platform promotion and platform integration.the specific contents are as follows: optimize the top-level design of the platform construction,create a three-dimensional platform image,and shape the differentiated service features of the platform;optimize the function classification navigation,maintain and update regularly to improve the compatibility and stability of each platform,improve the function settings to enhance the interaction of platform functions;promote the integration of scattered resources and "one-stop" access to resources,increase the remote access to resources,and promote the cooperation and construction of resources among member libraries of the library alliance;to promote the diversity and heterogeneity of platform services,strengthen the innovation of personalized services,and strengthen the publicity of cooperative services of public libraries in the Yangtze River Delta region;subdivided target groups adopt targeted promotion strategies,use cooperative institutions to promote multi-channel linkage,relying on service activities to strengthen the initiative of platform promotion;build a digital service platform for jointly carried out cultural activities,build a digital cultural service platform for the library alliance of the three provinces and one city,and promote the construction of public digital culture cloud platform in the Yangtze River Delta.
