| With the advent of the digital age,the digitization of university library information resources centers,also known as libraries,is continuously evolving and innovating.Digital libraries can provide digital resources,personalized services,socialization,and data visualization services.Digital services represent a new direction in the development of university library services in the context of the information age.The digital library service model differs from traditional venue-based service models,and relies on rich software functionality to meet the diverse and personalized needs of library users.University digital libraries have become important channels for users to access information,acquire knowledge,and literature resources.The user satisfaction reflects the degree to which the digital library’s utility is realized,as output to users via university library portal software.Evaluating the university digital library portal software can help clarify the service level of digital libraries and provide a reference for software vendors to continuously optimize software functionality.As one of the many library software service providers in China,Company C has provided library software services to many universities and public libraries for government agencies.This article conducts a field investigation on the library website services provided by Company C to universities.To ensure the scientific and reasonable,as well as effective nature of the investigation,this article first conducted a literature review on relevant research,and summarized the previous research experiences to determine the research framework.A evaluation system with 5 dimensions and 19 indicators suitable for this study was constructed.Second,combined with the questionnaire setting method for software service quality research by domestic and foreign scholars,this article prepared a survey questionnaire suitable for evaluating the quality of university library services,with the survey subjects being users of the digital library at University A.In terms of distributing the survey questionnaire,this study visited the dormitories,classrooms,and staff residences at University A,and distributed and collected questionnaires to students and teachers.A total of 200 questionnaires were distributed,194 questionnaires were collected,and 168 of them were valid.This paper combines the IPA analysis method with the Kano model,uses the Kano-IPA structured questionnaire to collect data,classifies the service quality of the university library website of Company C through the dimensions and service index elements based on the questionnaire data,analyzes the dimensions and index elements of each category,and finally uses the integrated Kano-IPA model to prioritize the service quality elements,and combines the survey results of importance,Provide corresponding strategies for the improvement of the software service quality of the university library of Company C.This article is the service quality evaluation model,which is the first application of the service quality evaluation of the university library website of C Company.It can provide reference for the improvement of the service quality level of the university library website of C Company and provide direction for the optimization and improvement of its products.It has certain theoretical and practical significance. |
