Functional simulation is a kind of effective simulation method which studies complicated system , it exploited a new way that studies the physical process, the physiological process and the social process of complication system. In between the model and the prototype based on the similarity of function and behavior , the method that uses the model to imitate the prototype function and behavior is called functional simulation. In functional simulation , the model is used to achieve certain functions of the prototype, and the model itself is main goal of the research. Namely it mainly studies carry out the function of the prototype with what kind of model, and create useful technical system for the mankind.
