| The collection of modern oral history began in the United States,and the development of the modern oral history in the United States began with interviews with elite figures to obtain historical materials with preservation value.Subsequently,oral history,the United States,whose main model was the Oral History Research Office of Columbia University,began to show strong elitism.Not only that,a series of business oral history projects are also gradually rising in the oral history department of British Library.Business oral history can not only be used as one of the research methods of business history,but also plays a very important role in building corporate memory and bearing social memory.However,with the passage of time,some enterprises that were once quite famous in the industry have disappeared through historical changes,transformations and even disappeared.Some people who have made outstanding contributions in the business field have not left any audio and video materials before they died.All these make people feel sorry and regretful.At present,the business oral history projects in China are developing in a diversified trend,but there is a lack of standardization.Therefore,it is particularly important to analyze the business oral history projects to ensure their standardized and long-term management.This paper first clarifies the background of the development of business oral history,and then explains the theoretical and practical research status of business oral history at home and abroad,and puts forward the necessity of research on business oral history projects.Secondly,through literature research and network research,this paper analyzes the theoretical basis and practical progress of domestic and foreign business oral history projects,and explores the reasons behind the differences.Thirdly,in order to have a deeper understanding of the characteristics of business oral history projects,this paper synthesizes the development of theory and practice,and holds that due to the diversification of its functions and values,business oral history projects have multi-dimensional perspectives,memory perspective,academic perspective and communication perspective.The multi-dimensional perspective makes the interview theme,object selection and arrangement form of the project also present a diversified development trend.However,under this situation,there is a lack of standardization in domestic business oral history projects.In order to standardize the development of China’s business oral history projects,this paper puts forward the promotion strategy from the business level and the social level.Starting from the business level,scientific overall planning,efficient implementation and reasonable utilization should be achieved.In order to ensure the smooth development of the project in a stable and sustainable environment,from the perspective of socialization,institutional,organizational and documentary guarantees should be provided.Among them,the institutional guarantee includes two aspects of laws,regulations and system standards,while the organizational guarantee includes two parts:personnel guarantee and fund guarantee.With document guarantee,the three play an important role in each stage and link of the business oral history project.This paper analyzes the domestic and foreign business oral history projects,summarizes their characteristics and finds out the problems,it puts forward the standardized development strategy,so as to provide some thinking and reference for the development of domestic business oral history projects. |
