| Under the effect of the construction of social memory,the concept of "Diversified views on history" has gradually formed in recent years.As an important tool for the historical record,oral history archives have aroused much more attention on civilian class.Meanwhile,as the awareness of citizens has awaken,the desire of discourse power makes the oral history archives not only a key element of social memory,but also an important channel for different groups to have their say.Based on this,different organizations and individuals have been engaged in the practice of oral history archives and a situation of multi-subject participation in the course of oral archives construction which made China's oral history archives construction greatly develop has formed.However,due to the history of oral history in China is short,the mechanism was not complete,there are several problems in the process of construction such as the mixed abilities of different subjects,the difficulties in resource integration,the faultiness of communication channels and so on.According to this situation,the author proposed to build an oral history archives platform based on the Internet to achieve the interaction and experience exchange between different subjects.The article is divided into six sections,the first section is the introduction.This section mainly includes the background of the research,the current research situation at home and abroad,related concepts,research content,research methods,and innovation.The second section combs the construction and development of the oral history archives.This section analyzes the characteristics and shortcomings of the oral historical archives construction under multi-subject participation in China,and proposes an online platform for the further development of oral history archives construction by using online platform.In the third part,according to the situation of the construction of oral history archives in our country,the article analyzes the motive of cultural demand,the technical and related regulations,and probes into the dynamic relationship between the motive forces and analyses the dynamic mechanism which lays a foundation for the structure of on-line platform.The fourth section mainly discusses how to carry out the construction of the oral history archives platform.Firstly,this section analyzes the subjects who construct the platform and the user of the platform.Secondly,based on the mode and the dynamic mechanism of existing platform.The section tries to set up a web2.0 platform with the core of interactive and information exchange function,and build a work mode of online and offline coordination.In the fifth section,the author puts forward the relevant measures to ensure the stable development of the platform from the angle of incentive means,mechanism establishment,related regulation setting and legal construction that are based on the construction of the oral historical archives platform.These measures keep the development of oral history archives construction stable.The sixth section is the conclusion and prospect.The section summarizes the views in the previous sections of the article,and points out the shortcomings of the article and the future direction of research prospects. |
