With China's comprehensive deepening of reform and the overall realization of the equalization of basic public services,great progress has been made in basic education and special education.Paying attention to the sports demands and needs of hearing-impaired students,promoting the core quality of physical education and improving the social adaptability of hearing-impaired students has become an important task of physical education in special education schools.As an integral part of Chinese dragon culture,dragon dance has modern value functions such as cultural inheritance,education,fitness and entertainment,aesthetics and national cohesion.This study takes the teaching design and practice of dragon dance course for hearing-impaired students in Senior High School of Qujing special education school as the research object.First of all,by using the methods of interview and observation,it is learned that since the introduction of dragon dance in 2017,there have been some problems in the development process,such as single development form,single teaching object,insufficient physical education teachers,lack of dragon dance teachers and not yet introduced into physical education curriculum.Secondly,guided by the problem,consult relevant books,documents and policy documents,listen to the suggestions of relevant experts and teachers,design the teaching outline of dragon dance course according to the physical and mental development characteristics of high school hearing-impaired students and the characteristics of dragon dance,and take the curriculum standard of physical education and health revised in 2020 as the reference blueprint,so as to integrate the core quality of physical education into the overall goal and sub goal of dragon dance course;Formulate and arrange the teaching content and progress of dragon dance course with the concept of large unit,select diversified teaching strategies and set up diversified teaching evaluation.Finally,based on the teaching design of dragon dance course,this paper comprehensively uses the research methods of literature,interview,observation,action research,case analysis,teaching experiment and mathematical statistics to carry out in-depth research on the practical teaching of dragon dance course,test the operability and effectiveness of the teaching design of Dragon Dance Course,and solve the corresponding problems existing in the development of dragon dance in your school,Enhance the physical health and social adaptability of high school hearing-impaired students,promote their core quality of physical education,and promote the benign and sustainable development of dragon dance in your school.Through the implementation of dragon dance course,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Initially form the teaching links before,during and after class,build the teaching mode of church,diligent practice,regular competition and evaluation,and sort out the teaching methods focusing on video teaching method,video analysis method,body demonstration method,sign language writing method,interactive teaching method,peer mutual assistance method,team cooperative learning method,individualized teaching method,competition method and group rotation method.Organically combine the teaching links,modes and methods of dragon dance course to make it easier for high school hearing-impaired students to accept the teaching content of dragon dance classroom and improve the quality of dragon dance classroom teaching.(2)Through the descriptive statistical analysis of the physical health test and social adaptability scale test data of the experimental group before and after the experiment,it is concluded that the P values of physical function,physical quality,social adaptation level,self-confidence,autonomy,ability,music group,social acceptance,sense of trust,optimistic tendency,self-control and other social adaptation of the experimental group after the experiment are less than 0.01,with very significant differences.It can be seen that the implementation of dragon dance course has a very significant improvement on the physical health and social adaptability of high school hearing-impaired students.(3)From the practical teaching of dragon dance classroom,the practical activities of dragon dance inside and outside the school,the teaching evaluation of dragon dance course and the analysis of the implementation effect of dragon dance course,it is verified that the teaching design of dragon dance course is operable and effective.(4)The implementation of dragon dance course can effectively promote the core quality of physical education of high school hearing-impaired students,enhance the physical health of high school hearing-impaired students,improve the comprehensive ability and social adaptability of high school hearing-impaired students,and enhance the awareness,attention and support of society for high school hearing-impaired students.At the same time,inherit and carry forward the national traditional sports culture,promote the dragon dance skills and teaching ability of your school's physical education teachers,promote the sustainable development of your school's dragon dance,promote the construction of campus national culture,and form a good inheritance system.
