With the formal release of the concept of "inclusive education" in Spain Declaration of Salamanca in1994, inclusion has become the main trend for world's development, and it has penetrated into all aspects of people's lives. In particular, since twentieth Century, people have been placing much emphasis on the impacts of inclusion on disabled individuals' life quality, among which the development of interpersonal relationships is one of indicators measuring life quality. As a manifestation of individual socialization, interpersonal relationship is not only a link connecting people, but also one of essential factors influencing individuals' development, especially for those disabled people with lower social status, since the interpersonal relationship with normal people is an important channel to realize their self-values and get respect from others. Thus, taking hearing-impaired college students as study object, the higher inclusive education as the background, this paper explores and analyzes the interpersonal relationships between hearing-impaired college students and hearing people. By means of self-designed questionnaire, the author describes the current status of the interpersonal relationships between hearing-impaired college students and hearing people from three aspects,:cognitive ability, emotional ability and behavior patterns, making an analysis on the features and influencing factors. Then by means of interviews, the author introduces the personal experience of hearing-impaired college students in their interaction with other hearing people, so as to make readers better understand the hope and appeal of those hearing-impaired students. In addition, the author puts forward some reasonable suggestions for the improvement of their interpersonal relationships. Thanks to questionnaire survey, it is discovered that hearing-impaired college students are with favorable interaction with hearing people, especially the hearing students in the same schools. Specifically, the characteristics of their interpersonal relationships are as follows:(1) Cognition:Hearing-impaired college students are with positive cognition to the significance as well as the difficulties of interaction. The significant differences exist in several aspects, including grades, impairment conditions, whether to wear deaf-aid, communication mode, friend-making and interaction frequency.(2) Emotional ability:when communicating and interacting with hearing people, hearing-impaired college students can experience more positive emotions and express their positive emotions to hearing people. The significant differences exist in several aspects, including sex, grades, communication mode, friend-making and interaction frequency.(3) Behavior patterns:hearing-impaired college students are inclined to have active interaction. The significant differences exist in several aspects, including grades, mothers' hearing conditions, whether he/she is the only child, whether to study in regular classroom, communication mode, support of hearing friends, friend-making and interaction frequency.(4) After the regression analysis on three questionnaires, it is concluded that:positive cognition is with significant positive correlation with positive emotional ability, while positive emotions are with significant positive correlation with active emotions; positive correlations also exist between negative cognition and negative emotional ability, between negative emotional ability and incompatible as well as passive behavior. Finally, by means of interviews, it is found out that:hearing-impaired college students can understand the significance of interacting with hearing people, with receptive attitudes to hearing people; however, owing to difficulties existing in interpersonal relationships with hearing people, it is difficult for hearing-impaired individuals to have in-depth communication and interaction with normal ones.Based on above research, the author summarizes three features existing in interpersonal relationships between hearing-impaired college students and hearing people:equal, utilitarian and single, being affected by personal willing, communication mode, educational system and traditional culture. Therefore, the author believes that it is necessary to reconstruct a social culture, establish inclusion schools so as to improve the interpersonal relationships between hearing-impaired college students and normal hearing people. Moreover, it is also important to encourage family's support and play the initiative of hearing-impaired college students.
