The unified edition of junior high school history teacher's teaching book plays a vitally important role in junior high school history teaching,since it is complied by the Ministry of Education and published with the unified edition of junior high school history textbooks.The preparation of teaching books aims to help teachers solve the difficult problems when preparing lessons,and provide variety of teaching resources at the same time.As a part of classroom teaching,teachers' book ought to be received much attention by teachers.However,the amount of researches on junior high school history teachers' books has been rather low not only by the education community,but also by front-line teachers,which is quite different from the original intention.Taking the junior high schools history teachers of urban and rural areas in Mile,Yunnan Province as the research objects,this paper aims to discuss the using condition and existing problems of the unified edition of junior high school history teachers' books by using questionnaire surveys and teacher interviews.At the same time,some strategies and suggestions of the teachers' books are put forward accordingly.The survey indicates that most junior high school history teachers seldom use teachers' books,only when preparing lessons will they try referencing such teachers' books,Teachers are more likely to design their lessons based on their own experience and students' learning conditions,whereas new teachers would rather to use the network resources;The using rate of textbook analysis and problem solving in the teacher's book section is relatively high,and it's really low when it comes to classroom activities and classroom evaluation suggestions.The reasons why they seldom use teachers' books are that teachers' books cannot meet the needs of teachers,there are rich network resources,reference cases are not applicable in practical teaching,and some teachers have large amount of experience in classroom teaching.Teachers hope that integrated teaching designs,related short videos and typical exercises for each lesson can be provided in teachers' books.The value of teachers' books mainly lies on the proper use of teachers' books by teachers.By interpreting the curriculum standards correctly,teaches are able to understand the main points of the text,and more easily to carry out the teaching activities;Studying the textbook analysis helps teachers understand the logic of the lesson quickly,and distinguish the key points as well as difficult points;It's a good idea to properly use the teaching cases from teachers' books according to students learning condition;As for the blackboard designs,they can be used based on the teacher's preferences,as long as it is good for improving the efficiency of classroom teaching;The problem-solving part mainly provides reference for teachers,helping teachers spend less time searching information on the Internet.When facing the part of classroom activities and evaluation suggestions,teachers can use or adapt cases according to the situation of students,since the most adaptable one is the best;The teachers' books are full of teaching resources,which helps to broaden teachers' horizons and grasp the latest academic trends.All in all,using the history teachers' teaching books properly benefits to improve teachers' professional quality,enrich the history classroom teaching,and improve the level of teaching for history teachers.Based on the above situation and the needs of teachers,more rich and useful teaching cases are supposed to offer in teachers' books.What's more,the improvement of teaching evaluation,and the satisfaction of teacher needs are vitally important,since all of these help teachers to have a better classroom teaching.At the same time,teachers themselves are suggested to use teachers' books in a correct way,and make a full use of such books.
