In order to adapt to the changes of the society in the new era and the new requirements for the quality of talent cultivation,the appearance of the history curriculum standards for senior middle schools(2017 edition)in 2018 opened the prologue of a new round of curriculum reform in senior high school history education,based on the new curriculum standards and the preparation of the unified edition of high school history textbooks also came into being.As an important resource to complete the teaching task,historical map is bound to change with the change of the new curriculum standard and the new textbook.This paper makes a comparative study of the History Map in the unified edition of History Textbook and the 2007 edition of People's Education Press,and mainly discusses it from five parts:The first part is the introduction,mainly elaborated the reason of the topic,the domestic and foreign history map teaching and the History Textbook Comparative Research Present Situation,and briefly explained this research value and the method.The second part makes the basic and concrete research from the definition and classification of the historical map.The third part is the concrete comparative study of the Historical Map in the two editions of history textbooks.Firstly,the historical map in the two editions of history textbooks is statistically analyzed,and then,according to the data,the changes and the reasons are analyzed from five aspects.In the fourth part,based on the results of edition comparison,puts forward teaching strategies for historical map teaching from three aspects.
