Research On The Intervention Of Social Work Education In Universities In The Practice Of Targeted Poverty Alleviation In Rural Areas

By 2020,we will achieve the overall goal of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects by the time the communist party of China celebrates its centenary.In the new era and under the new situation,the ministry of civil affairs,the ministry of finance,the poverty relief office of the state council and other departments responded to the call of the state and issued the guidance on supporting professional social work forces to participate in poverty alleviation.This paper takes the practice of college social work education participating in targeted poverty alleviation in rural areas in Shandong province as the research object,deeply analyzes and collates the existing service practice model.The research contents mainly include:1.The necessity,advantages and objectives of college social work education participating in targeted poverty alleviation;2.2.Main achievements of social work education in colleges and universities in Shandong province in targeted poverty alleviation;3.Main experience of social work education in universities and colleges in Shandong province in targeted poverty alleviation;Iv.Problems and countermeasures of college social work education's intervention in targeted poverty alleviation.Through research,we can conclude that social work education in colleges and universities in Shandong province rural poverty reduction should be accurately"empowerment" "energized" theory as the foundation,aimed at the demand of the object,for poverty alleviation in the design and implementation services,evaluating precision,intrinsic motivation and ability to focus on training groups,pay special attention to the rural left-behind children and the elderly,women and other special groups,give full play to the advantages of social work links to resources,construct objects poor social organization structure,cultivating local talents and social work organizations in poverty-stricken areas and realize the long-term mechanism for poverty alleviation and continuity.Precision college education of social work intervention in rural poverty alleviation,not only promote the training of professional teachers and students of social work and social institutions,promote the localization process of the professional social work,and,more importantly,this is new model for poverty alleviation under the leadership of the party and government organs,social work is to participate in social management innovation,to ensure the realization of the sustainable poverty reduction.
