In recent years,the educational problems caused by the implementation of educational punishment by teachers emerge in an endless stream,which not only attracts the attention of all sectors of society,but also restricts the management of teachers in practical education and teaching.On March 1,2021,the Rules on Educational Punishment for Primary and Secondary Schools(Trial)promulgated by the Ministry of Education was officially implemented,stipulating educational punishment in the form of departmental regulations for the first time,aiming to bring educational punishment into the track of rule of law and better promote schools to fully implement the Party's educational policy and the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating talents.On this basis,teachers,as the protagonist of educational punishment,how to correctly understand the power of educational punishment in the practice of education and teaching,and what difficulties still exist in the process of using educational punishment? Therefore,by exploring the current situation of education punishment by primary school teachers and analyzing the causes of problems,we can better implement the power of education punishment,improve relevant laws and regulations,and protect the legitimate rights and interests of teachers,so as to achieve better education results.This study took 55 teachers and 380 students from G primary School and J Primary School in Dalian as the research objects,and investigated the current situation of implementing educational punishment among primary school teachers by means of interview,questionnaire survey and case analysis.From the understanding and attitude of elementary school teachers to educational punishment,the purpose of elementary school teachers to implement educational punishment,the way of elementary school teachers to implement educational punishment,the effect of elementary school teachers to implement educational punishment,the difference of elementary school teachers to implement educational punishment,the basis of elementary school teachers to implement educational punishment,the investigation and analysis of six dimensions.It is found that primary school teachers have unclear understanding of educational punishment,unreasonable purpose,simple way,unsatisfactory effect,unfair punishment and non-standard basis.The following are the difficulties faced by primary school teachers in the implementation of educational punishment:teachers' incomplete cognition of educational punishment,difficult to grasp the way and scale of teachers' implementation of educational punishment,poor effect of teachers' implementation of educational punishment,subjective factors affecting teachers' implementation of educational punishment,and lack of protection of teachers' legitimate rights and interests.The reason is: improve the relevant laws and regulations about the education and punishment is not in China,the school did not form a system of education discipline implementation,supervision and handling system,primary school teachers' knowledge of education and punishment is not comprehensive,lack of implementation of education disciplinary fairness,implementation way of the single,student individual rights generalization,compressive ability is low,the parents the wrong education concepts,and the social negative public opinion direction.After discussing the problems and causes of the implementation of educational punishment by primary school teachers,corresponding countermeasures are put forward:promoting the power of educational punishment into law at the legal level,perfecting relevant mechanisms and optimizing the implementation rules of educational punishment,providing specific reference;At the school level,a school-based system should be established to standardize educational punishment and protect teachers' legitimate rights and interests with a fair attitude.At the level of teachers,they should improve their professional quality,enhance their educational ability,strengthen their moral cultivation,and ensure the fairness of educational punishment.Students should improve their understanding of educational punishment,exercise their rights and accept frustration education reasonably,and strengthen their own quality.At the level of parents,we should update the concept of educational punishment,treat educational punishment rationally and attach importance to family education to shoulder the responsibility of education.Social level should play a positive role,correct propaganda education punishment.
