Ancient poetry is an important part of Chinese curriculum in primary and secondary schools,which not only contains rich Chinese knowledge,but also contains excellent traditional culture.Compared with primary school and junior middle school,the study of ancient poems in senior high school has higher requirements on the accumulation of vocabulary,the perception of rhythm and the grasp of grammar,which is a pressure and burden for quite a number of senior high school students.Through the comprehensive investigation and research on the current teaching situation of ancient poetry in senior high school,it is found that the language estrangement between ancient and modern is the main reason for students to have a sense of distance and fear of difficulty,and it is also one of the difficulties that senior high school students generally face in learning ancient poetry.Cantonese dialect retains a large number of archaic vocabulary,a relatively complete archaic sound system and some grammatical features of ancient Chinese,which can communicate with ancient and modern times and has certain advantages in the teaching of ancient poetry and prose.In addition,the comprehensive dialect is helpful to cultivate students' language thinking ability and cultural understanding ability,so it is feasible to assist the teaching of ancient poetry in senior high school with Cantonese dialect.How to eliminate the gap between ancient and modern language and shorten the distance between students and ancient poetry through Cantonese dialect is a problem that needs to be considered and solved in this study.Based on the three elements of linguistics(vocabulary,grammar and phonetics),this study explores the strategies of Cantonese dialect in assisting the teaching of ancient poetry in senior high schools.Vocabulary: to understand classical Chinese vocabulary with the daily vocabulary of Cantonese dialect,and to feel the charm of Chinese culture by means of horizontal and horizontal expansion.Finally,in the research learning activities of sorting and summarizing vocabulary,to consolidate knowledge and improve the ability of using methods;Phonetics: to feel the beauty of ancient poetry and prose with the help of the phonetic system of Cantonese dialect,and to experience the fun of reciting ancient poetry and prose through recitation activities;Grammar: by creating the context,guide the students to pay attention to the similarities between Cantonese dialect and classical Chinese sentence patterns,and refine the method of learning classical Chinese special sentence patterns in sorting and classification.At the same time,attention should be paid to the relationship between dialect and Mandarin.The application of the above strategies provides high school students in Guangdong dialect area with a way to understand classical Chinese vocabulary and sentence pattern and feel the beauty of ancient poetry,which helps to eliminate the ancient and modern language estrangement and shorten the distance between students and ancient poetry.In order to make the strategy into systemic as well as the students' learning methods and ability to get sufficient practice,this research from the Angle of consolidate and improve the above strategy combined with a unit of learning tasks,design corresponding cell activity and exploratory task,to guide students in the activities and to explore the practice of the method of "learn modern through Yue Fang Yan",improve the ability of learning modern at the same time,Deeply feel the emotional meaning of ancient poetry and Chinese culture.
