Teacher education is the "engine" of China's education cause.In order to further improve the professional level of China's basic education teachers and promote the improvement of their professional quality,the Ministry of Education implemented the "Excellent Teacher Training Plan" and "Excellent Teacher Training Plan 2.0" in 2014 and 2018 respectively.This research discusses the integration of master and undergraduate teacher training model is an innovative model to cultivate excellent teachers.Through the exploration of its theoretical construction and practical operation status,countermeasures are put forward for the difficulties in the operation process,and the optimization of the model can improve the speed and quality of excellent teacher training.Based on the concept of "model" and "teacher training model",this study analyzes the construction basis and structural elements of the integrated teacher training model.On the basis of sorting out and analyzing the reform and evolution of the integrated teacher training mode,this paper summarizes the main types of the integrated teacher training mode.By comparison,it is found that the "3?1?2" teacher training mode of the integration of undergraduate and graduate has been adopted by the school and become the current mainstream mode.Based on this,this study studies the theoretical construction and practice status of the "3?1?2" mode.The training program is the main basis for the implementation of the college talent training mode.Therefore,the third part of this study,starting from the structural elements of the model,carries out a text analysis of the training programs of colleges and universities implementing the "3?1?2" model,and explores the provisions of the model at the theoretical level.According to the results of text analysis,interview outline is prepared,and the actual situation of the implementation of the "3?1?2" teacher training reform colleges and universities is investigated.It is found that there are some problems in practice,such as vague expression of training specifications,lack of integration of curriculum system,poor flexibility of teaching methods,and imperfect guarantee mechanism.To solve above problems,the fifth part of this paper put forward "3 ? 1 ? 2" model in the process of operation should be based on actual,accurate positioning,training objectives,optimizing the structure focus on perfecting the course system,the renewal idea,science to improve the teaching way,the power and responsibility,strengthen the comprehensive,efficient and coordinated management,improve the cooperation mechanism,further perfect the "3 ? 1 ? 2" mode,At the same time,it provides reference for the reform of the integrated teacher training mode of undergraduate and postgraduate,so as to promote the cultivation of excellent teachers with higher quality.
