China is currently in a critical period of economic development,improving the overall quality of the teaching staff and promoting the effective development of the teaching industry is related to the cultivation of talents in China and the development of the country.Under the background of the current emphasis on individual,intrinsic,professional and improved teacher professional development concepts,ZheJiang Province has carried out the promotion of teacher training,with emphasis and targeted training.The direction of teacher training has also gradually moved from the popular teacher training to the promotion training.Among them,the teacher master studio as a realistic path for the promotion of teacher training has quickly attracted people's attention.How to make better use of the teacher studio and promote the improvement of the promotion teacher training policy is a topic worth studying.Research literature on ascending teacher training is relatively rare.As an important path for the promotion of teacher training,the Master Studio is a practical and practical thing to clarify its value and status in the promotion of teacher training.Selecting the famous master studio F master studio and C subject master studio in ZheJiang Province as the research object,and comparing and analyzing the training objectives,training content,training mode,evaluation system and operation mechanism,summing up the work of famous teachers The room is used to enhance the operation mode of teacher training.Firstly,the literature method is used to collect the contents of the promotion teacher training,and the literature is initially sorted and summarized,mainly from the research on the promotion training operation mode,the research on the promotion training path in ZheJiang Province and the ZheJiang master studio.Functional studies are reviewed in three perspectives.Secondly,from the perspective of reality,the value of the master studio in the three aspects of teacher development,professional construction and regional leadership,expounds the value of the master studio in upgrading the teacher training,and then chooses the ZheJiang F course teacher and C discipline teacher.The studio is the research object.Through the analysis of the F-class teacher studio and the C-discipline teacher studio,the studio is used to sort out the operation mode of the master studio for improving the teacher training.Finally,the reflection and suggestions are proposed to promote the teacher.Due to the limited research ability and knowledge level,the research on the promotion of teacher training based on “master studio” needs to be further studied.The master studio should further refine and manipulate the training objectives;the training content needs and modernization;the training implementation is systematic and subjective;the training evaluation is developed and diversified,and it provides support for the smooth development of the teacher training.
