Teacher education is the mother machine of China's education.In order to further enhance the level of our teachers and train a group of innovative primary and secondary school teachers with high-quality and high-level to satisfy the Party and the people,the Ministry of Education has successively implemented the "Excellent Teacher Training Plan" and "Excellent Teacher Training Plan 2.0".The cultivation of outstanding secondary school teachers is an important part of the "Excellent Teachers Plan" in China.This study mainly discusses the Undergraduate and Master's Integrated Training Mode.It not only conforms to the guiding principles of following the training rules of different types of teachers in the implementation of the plan,but also promotes the innovation of the training mode of teacher education and further implements the training of outstanding teachers.On the basis of combing and draw on the experience of the existing research,this study clarifies the connotation of the training mode of excellent middle school teachers and introduces the main types of the training model of the integration of undergraduate-postgraduate.Based on the concept of talent training mode,this paper analyses the main composition and development basis of the training model of the integration of undergraduate-postgraduate.The training program is the main basis for the implementation of the talent training model in universities.Therefore,this study firstly analyses the training program text of the case H University,and then combines the interview survey of 32 students,using the qualitative analysis software NVivo11 to collate and analyze the interview data collected.The results show that the training mode of "integration of learning and learning" has its own advantages and characteristics in the process of training outstanding middle school teachers,and has achieved some results.However,there are still some imperfections in curriculum arrangement,implementation of cooperative training mechanism,process management and quality evaluation system.The factors that restrict the training mode of excellent middle school teachers with the integration of undergraduate-postgraduate mainly include social factors,main factors,mechanism factors and guarantee factors,etc.To address the above issues,under the guidance of adhering to the principle of development,integration of theory and practice and cooperation with clear responsibilities,this study to optimize the training mode of excellent middle school teachers with the integration of undergraduate-postgraduate,we should build a curriculum system with more optimized structure and more refined content,a cooperative training mechanism with deeper integration,a more standardized process management system and a more complete talent quality assessment and evaluation system based on the standards of teachers' professional development.And strive to obtain the relevant policy and system support,funding and alliance development platform support conditions and safeguards to further promote the training of outstanding secondary school teachers.
