As a potential human resource,vocational teachers have great significance for the development of society and secondary education.There are inevitably different problems in the development of post-graduate training in Vocational education,such as the unbalanced proportion of teachers and students in secondary vocational schools,the unreasonable structure of teachers,especially the urgent need for high-level post-graduate teachers,and the lack of research on post-graduate training in existing studies.Through the study of vocational education master,we can draw the existing problems of Vocational Education Master training,and from the perspective of the problem,put forward improvement suggestions for Vocational Education Master training,and on the basis of improving the existing vocational education master training,provide a number of high-quality teachers for secondary vocational schools,also help to enrich the existing theoretical data.The cultivation mode of professional master in vocational education mainly starts from four aspects: cultivation goal,curriculum system,cultivation process and evaluation system,using questionnaire survey,in-depth interview,literature research and comparative analysis.First of all,through the literature research method,we can get the achievements and problems in the training of full-time master,find out the shortcomings of the existing research,and take the shortcomings as the starting point,use questionnaire,interview and comparative method to get the existing problems in the training of full-time master.Finally,through the analysis of the problems,we can get the full-time Master of Vocational teachers.On the basis of the problems,the countermeasures are put forward..The study is divided into five parts,the first part is the introduction.The second part defines the basic concepts and theoretical basis.The third part,taking three undergraduate colleges as the research object,investigates the current situation of vocational teachers' training,and draws the problems and achievements in the current vocational teachers' training through the investigation.The fourth part summarizesthe problems existing in the training of professional teachers and the causes of the problems.The fifth part,through the existing problems in the training of professional postgraduates in Vocational education,puts forward the corresponding countermeasures in four aspects: training objectives,curriculum system,training process and evaluation system.The innovation of this study is mainly through the comparison of three undergraduate colleges and universities,draw the existing problems in the cultivation of professional postgraduates in Vocational education,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.The main shortcoming is that the training of in-service teachers is not deep enough and will be improved in the follow-up study.
