Labor education is an important part of students' overall development and a basic point in developing students' core literacy.In recent years,documents on labor education have been issued one after another,which have raised the status of labor education.Several documents such as "Guidance Steel for Labor Education in Universities,Schools and Colleges(for Trial Implementation)" and "Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening Labor Education in Universities,Schools and Colleges in the New Era" propose to organically infiltrate labor education in subject teaching,making subject infiltration of labor education a hot spot for research.As a basic subject with a strong humanistic and instrumental character,language subjects need to take up the responsibility of establishing a correct concept of labor and developing good labor habits and qualities for students.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the current situation of labor education penetration in the implementation of elementary school language curriculum and to propose improvement strategies.The study is based on Marx's theory of comprehensive human development,the thought of labor education of the leaders of the Communist Party of China and the concept of curriculum integration.First,the literature research method was used to understand the current status of labor education research,and the goals and contents of labor education were divided into four aspects: labor concept,labor ability,labor spirit,and labor habits and qualities based on the "Guideline for Labor Education in Primary and Secondary Schools(for Trial Implementation)".Secondly,the text analysis method was used to sort out and analyze the contents of labor education in 12 textbooks of elementary school language,and it was concluded that the content of labor education presented in elementary school language textbooks has the characteristics of living and contemporary,national and historical,ideological and practical,so as to lay the foundation for the current study.Then,the questionnaire method,interview method and lesson analysis method were used to comprehensively analyze the current situation of the four aspects of teaching objectives,teaching contents,teaching process and teaching evaluation in the implementation of elementary school language curriculum.Through the above study,it is found that the current problems of penetrating labor education in the implementation of elementary school language curriculum are fragmented and difficult to balance the objectives of penetration,fragmented and unsystematic content penetration,superficial process penetration without depth,and single evaluation penetration without system.A rational analysis of the reasons for these problems includes: low importance attached by schools,few learning opportunities provided,teachers' insufficient understanding of labor education,poor ability of labor education penetration,heavy teaching tasks,no reference in classroom teaching,unsound assessment system,and single evaluation system.Finally,according to the problems and causes,four strategies are proposed: increasing school support,playing the leading role of teachers,focusing classroom teaching comprehensively and improving the evaluation system of labor education,and giving reference lesson examples of teaching reading,writing,oral communication and integrated learning.
