In recent years,labor education has become a hot topic in the field of education.Labor education not only plays an important role in cultivating morality,increasing intelligence,strengthening body and cultivating beauty,but also plays an important part of the state to train socialist builders and successors with moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and labor development.Therefore,strengthening labor education is the inevitable requirement of the development of education in the new era.The Guidelines for Labor Education for Universities,Primary and Secondary Schools(Trial)issued by the Ministry of Education clearly points out that labor education should be incorporated into the whole process of personnel training.In addition to independently opening compulsory courses of labor education,labor education should be organically permeated in the teaching of disciplines and majors,so as to enrich and expand the implementation ways of labor education.However,in the process of implementing labor education in schools,there is a common simple,superficial and mechanized phenomenon,which fails to integrate labor education with moral,intellectual,physical and aesthetic education.Although labor education is not the main goal of mathematics teaching,mathematics teaching is one of the ways to carry out labor education,which plays an important role in strengthening labor education and promoting the root of labor education.The infiltration of labor education in the discipline should be in line with the idea of "seepage,seepage will seepage",and penetrate according to the characteristics of learning section and discipline,so as to realize the maximization of discipline education.Lower grade students in primary school are the critical period for the formation of ideology and behavior concept,is the best period to penetrate labor education,lower grade students in primary school should pay attention to the enlightenment of labor consciousness,let students learn to take care of daily life,perceive the fun of labor,know that everyone has to work.Therefore,the paper of elementary school mathematics teaching infiltration labor education empirical research,through the investigation and analysis of infiltration in the mathematics teaching of labor education,and analyze the causes of the insufficiency,and put forward targeted strategy,to promote teachers in elementary school mathematics teaching infiltration labor education to provide alternative action strategy.In this study,the mathematics teachers of the lower grade of A primary school in C city were observed and interviewed in class,and the teaching plans of the selected mathematics teachers were organized and analyzed by means of text analysis.Through data sorting and analysis,it is found that the deficiencies of labor education in mathematics teaching of lower grades in primary schools are mainly manifested:teachers have insufficient understanding of the concept of subject infiltration labor education;insufficient utilization of labor education teaching resources;and incomplete teaching links of teachers infiltrating labor education.Based on this,the paper analyzes the shortcomings and summarizes the reasons: school labor education management is not perfect,teachers 'teaching ability to penetrate labor education is insufficient;teachers' comprehensive teaching literacy is low.According to the current situation of junior mathematics teaching penetrating labor education,the paper proposes targeted strategies: improving the management mechanism of school labor education,strengthening the teachers' teaching ability of penetrating labor education,and improving their comprehensive teaching quality.
