With the fast-paced development of society and increasingly fierce competition,college students under the multiple pressure of school,society,family and self,their interest in learning,learning motivation and enthusiasm for learning activities have declined,resulting in learning burnout.Learning burnout is a kind of continuous negative mental state and low level motivation related to learning.It is a negative emotion,attitude or behavior produced when students’ ability cannot meet their learning needs.It is mainly manifested as cognitive bias,weak will,negative emotion and lazy behavior.How to control and prevent learning burnout is the research theme of school psychology at present stage.As reserve strength of our sports enterprise,sports college students’ learning burnout problem can directly affect their learning quality,so research special learning burnout of sports college students is of great significance to improve teaching quality and promote the sustainable development of our country sports enterprise.In this study,"Learning Burnout Scale","Teacher Support Scale","Sports Hope Scale","Psychological Resilience Scale" and "Basic Psychological needs Satisfaction Scale" were used as measuring tools to conduct a questionnaire survey on 869 college students majoring in physical education.In the process of the survey,7 sports teachers and 18 students were interviewed.The results showed that:(1)As a whole,the specific learning burnout of college students majoring in physical education is below the medium level;Specialized teacher support,basic psychological needs satisfaction(BPNS),hope and mental toughness were above average.(2)Specific learning burnout,BPNS,hope and mental toughness were significantly different in different grades,places of origin and years of exercise;There are significant differences in special teacher support at different grades.(3)Correlation analysis showed that specialized teacher support,BPNS,hope and mental toughness were significantly negatively correlated with specialized learning burnout,while specialized teacher support,hope,mental toughness and BPNS were significantly positively correlated.(4)The mediating effect test showed that BPNS,hope and mental toughness played a mediating role in the relationship between specialized teacher support and specialized learning burnout,including the simple mediating path of BPNS;A simple mediation path of hope;Simple mediating pathway of psychological fortitude;BPNS and the desired sequence mediation path;Sequential mediating Pathways of BPNS and psychological fortitude.Conclusion:Specialized teacher support can not only directly affect specialized learning burnout,but also indirectly affect specialized learning burnout through BPNS and hope,and indirectly affect specialized learning burnout through BPNS and mental toughness.Finally,the sequential mediation model constructed in this study reveals the fading mechanism of specific learning burnout to a certain extent,providing a new entry point for its intervention practice.Combined with previous studies and relevant theoretical models,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)Provide multidimensional teacher support to meet students’ basic psychological needs.(2)Strengthen psychological quality education and cultivate positive psychological capital.(3)Treat learning burnout correctly and deal with pressure actively.
