Under the guidance of the current “double reduction” policy,in order to improve students' learning quality and learning efficiency,strengthening students' time management ability is one of the ways.According to the Self-Determination Theory,when parents meet their children's basic psychological needs,they will stimulate their internal growth motivation,so parental autonomy support may be the factor affecting time management dispostion.There are few studies on the relationship between parental autonomy support and time management dispostion previously.Therefore,on the basis of relevant theories and previous studies,this study increases the factors of self-control and future time perspective,which is closely related to parental autonomy support and time management dispostion to further explore the relationship.And on this basis,to improve the time management dispostion of junior high school students,this study designs group counseling program to intervene self-control.In Study 1,1064 junior high school students were selected to fill out Parental Autonomy Support Scale,Adolescent Time Management dispostion Scale,Self-control Scale and Adolescent Future Time Perspective Scale to measure the level of parental autonomy support,time management dispostion,self-control and future time perspective of the junior high school students and analyze the relationship between variables.In Study 2,32 students who voluntarily signed up for the group counseling and scored lower in the Self-control Scale were selected as subjects and randomly assigned to the experimental group and the control group,with 16 students in each group.Based on the Self-control Scale revised by Tan Shuhua and Guo Yongyu and relevant theories and research,the intervention program was formulated.The experimental group was intervened once a week for a total of 8 times,and the control group was not treated.The results of study1 were as follows:(1)Parental autonomy support positively predicted time management dispostion.(2)Self-control played a partial mediating role between parental autonomy support and time management dispostion.(3)Future time perspective played a moderating role in the path of self-control and time management dispostion,and simple effect analysis found that with the improvement of future time perspective,the positive effect of self-control on time management disposition increased.Study2 found that group counseling intervention significantly improved junior high school students' self-control and time management dispostion.The above research results showed that parental autonomy support?self-control and future time perspective jointly affected time management disposition.It not only conducive to our understanding of time management from the perspective of family system,but also conducive to our understanding of time management from the perspective of the Self-Determination Theory,which enriches the Self-Determination Theory.It also provides more theoretical and practical research for improving junior middle school students' time management ability.
