As a practical teaching method,role-playing method is in line with the development trend of the new curriculum reform.Applying role-playing method to the teaching of morality and rule of law in junior middle schools can not only conducive to cultivating students’ abstract thinking ability,self-control ability and imitation ability, but also benefit teachers’ positive guidance and negative warnings, which has a good prospect in application. In order to better understand the application of role-playing methods in the teaching of ethics and rule of law in junior high schools, this study selected Nanning Y Middle School as the research object, and conducted investigations and studies through questionnaire surveys,after-class interviews and classroom observations. The main results achieved by the use of role-playing method by ethics and rule of law teachers in Nanning Y Middle School are: most of the teachers and students agree with the role-playing method, the teachers pay more attention to the students as the main body, the teachers can reasonably control the time of role-playing and the students can better understand the knowledge points of the textbook, and the main problems are that teachers use role-playing method to teach less frequently, some teachers have "stereotypes" about role play method, teachers are not prepared enough to use role-playing method, and student participation is not high. Finally,it is concluded that the countermeasures for the use of role-playing methods in ethics and rule of law classes are: schools should create favorable conditions to promote the use of role-playing pedagogy, teachers should further understand the significance of role-playing methods, and students should raise awareness and actively participate in role playing. |
