| With the continuous advancement of the national construction of the rule of law and the implementation process of the core literacy of the ideological and political discipline in senior high school,the cultivation of the awareness of the rule of law has become an important part of the ideological and political course in senior high school.It is of great value to carry out the research on how to better promote the implementation of the awareness of the rule of law in the ideological and political course in senior high school,especially focusing on specific teaching materials.Therefore,this paper adopts the research methods of literature research,text analysis and lesson analysis,combined with the classroom teaching of high school ideological and political education,combs the key teaching materials for the cultivation of legal consciousness,and puts forward reasonable suggestions and feasible paradigms for the cultivation of students’ legal consciousness in high school ideological and political education,so as to provide reference experience for the development and research of cultivating students’ legal consciousness in high school ideological and political education in the future.This paper is divided into five chapters,as follows:Chapter one: The introduction mainly introduces the research background of cultivating students’ legal consciousness in senior high school ideological and political course,and expounds the research significance,research status at home and abroad,research methods and characteristics.Chapter two: This chapter mainly summarizes the relevant theories of cultivating students’ awareness of the rule of law in senior high school ideological and political course.This paper expounds the concept and constituent elements of legal consciousness,discusses the theoretical basis of cultivating students’ legal consciousness,and explores the value of cultivating students’ legal consciousness in Ideological and political course in senior high school.Chapter three: This chapter mainly combs the relevant contents of cultivating students’ awareness of the rule of law in high school ideological and political teaching materials,and analyzes the characteristics of teaching materials from the two aspects of the selection and presentation of teaching materials.Chapter IV: Based on the combing and analysis of the content of teaching materials,this chapter puts forward the guidelines in principle for the cultivation process of students’ legal consciousness in Ideological and political course in senior high school,and puts forward specific implementation suggestions from five aspects: Teachers’ quality,classroom construction,environment creation,resource development and Practice consolidation.Chapter five: This chapter presents the typical lesson examples of cultivating students’ awareness of the rule of law in the ideological and political course of senior high school,evaluates and analyzes the teaching effect of the lesson examples,and provides some practical support for the research results of this paper. |
